Our huge warehouse is located in West Burleigh, Queensland. Our warehouse is stocked with items of various Australian and international brands. If you place your order before 3 pm EST Mon-Fri we will dispatch it the same day for you.
We also offer 30 days return free of costing less the shipment charges. You can return us the item if you don’t like it or you have any size issue. Make sure not to use the product if you want to return it.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number along with a link to check the delivery progress of your order. Click on the provided link to track your order placed with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Can I receive my order without a signature?
In case you are not available to sign your deliveries you are required to click Authority to leave button when you checkout. Your order will now be delivered without a signature.
A calling card will be left if you do not select Authority to leave button and are not available to receive your order.
What if the item I want to order is out of stock?
Most of our products are always available and ready to ship. Only highly recommended or bestselling items may not be available. You can call us on our toll-free number or email us and we will arrange it for you.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can return your item if you don’t like it or you are not satisfied with it. You can either exchange the product or apply for a full refund. Workwear hub has a 30 days return back policy. In order to avail refund option, your product must be unused with all the tags on it and must be returned in original shipping cover. You can read return back policy at our website here.
What steps do I have to take if I want to return my product?
1. First, you have to contact us.
Contact us by email or phone and get yourself a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Email at returns@workwearhub.com.au or call Toll Free PH 1300 488 573.
2. Provide reason for return along with the product.
You will be provided with the return form inside your order bag. You are required to fill the complete details required. Do include your reason for return as well as your Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
3. Australian post return label will be provided to you.
Take the Australian post return label out of your order bag and take out its lower portion that includes a tracking number as well as a barcode for your record.
4. Wrap the items properly.
Re-Wrap the items in the original post office box the same way as you have initially received it.
8. Attach the Australian post return label on the box.
Attach the other half of the label on top of the post office box. The shipping cost of your order will not be refunded.
9. Send back the product to the address provided below.
